Enrico Bartolini Restaurant at Mudec among the 100 The World's Best

Highlights: For the first time the Enrico Bartolini restaurant at Mudec in Milan enters the ranking at n.85 and is the only Italian brand in the positions between 51 and 100 of this global ranking of catering. The 51-100 list includes restaurants from 22 territories on five continents: 15 participants are from Asia, 21 from Europe, six from North America, five from South America and three from the Middle East & Africa. The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2023 will be unveiled in Spain in less than two weeks.

- Waiting to know the top 50 restaurants in the world, list that will be presented on June 20 in Valencia, The World's 50 Best Restaurants unveils the ranking of the best in the world of 2023 from position 51-100. For the first time the Enrico Bartolini restaurant at Mudec in Milan enters the ranking at n.85 and is the only Italian brand in the positions between 51 and 100 of this global ranking of catering, while the highest new entry in the 51-100 ranking is Mérito, Lima, at No.59.

With 21 restaurants in the ranking, Europe gains four new entries: the Enrico Bartolini restaurant in Milan (No.85); Kei in Paris (No.93); Ceto, the latest opening of chef Mauro Colagreco in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin (No.95) and the restaurant Ricard Camarena Restaurant, located in the host city of Valencia (No.96). From Turkey, there are two restaurants in Istanbul: the Neolokal which returns to the ranking and is positioned at No.63 and the new entry Turk Fatih Tutak (No.66). The 51-100 list includes 12 new entries from 11 different cities, from Quito and Panama City, from Istanbul to Paris. The 51-100 list includes restaurants from 22 territories on five continents: 15 participants are from Asia, 21 from Europe, six from North America, five from South America and three from the Middle East & Africa. The 51-100 list of the 21st edition of the awards ceremony, promoted by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, involves restaurants from five continents, and is the result of the votes of 1,080 independent experts from the world of gastronomy, from internationally renowned chefs and journalists to itinerant gastronomes who shape the complete ranking of The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2023 that will be unveiled in Spain in less than two weeks.
