European Court, no urgent procedure on the Cutro decree - last hour. The European Court of Justice, following the opinion of the Advocate General, did not accept the urgent preliminary ruling made by the Court of Cassation.
The decision was made on 26 February and was made known by the lawyer Rosa Emanuela LoFaro, lawyer for migrants held in Pozzallo. The case before the European Court will be treated with the ordinary procedure: "Now I have two months to present a brief and then the judges will set the date of the hearing"
