Federcuochi, the 8th edition of the Italian cuisine championships begins. The competition will take place from Sunday 18th to Tuesday 20th February at the Rimini Fair.
The program of the event, available on www.fic.it, is divided into Team Hot Cooking, Lady Chef, Best Hotel School Student, Mystery Box, Street Food. There will also be a contest dedicated to Special Children, children with disabilities who will show their skills by preparing some dishes accompanied by their respective chef-tutors.
