Fencing: Italy wins for Paris, unique with France - Other Sports. Italian fencing completed the job, serving en plein and qualifying all its teams for the Paris Olympic Games, where 16 nations will compete.
From 27 July to 4 August, Italy will be represented on the platforms of the "Grand Palais" by 24 fencers, 12 women and 12 men. For 18 it will be double commitment, both individual and in teams, while six will be'reserve' only for the Team Event.
