Fim, Fiom, Uilm, reduce working hours up to 35 hours - Last hour. The metalworkers' unions Fim-Cisl,Fiom-Cgil and UILm-Uil present the unitary platform for the renewal of the contract, expiring on 30 June, for 2024-2027.
The average increase request, relating to the three-year period, is equal to 280 euros on the minimum salary. Among the main innovations is the request to experiment with the reduction of working hours with the same salary.
