Final yes from the Senate to the bill on young agricultural entrepreneurs - Institutions. There were 85 votes in favour, 37 against and 20 abstentions.
According to the rules introduced by the provision on youth agricultural entrepreneurship, the owner must be an agricultural entrepreneur over the age of eighteen. The tax relief is recognized on the condition that the youth enterprises have not carried out any other agricultural activity in the previous three years. For the purchase of agricultural land and related appurtenances, a consideration of no more than 200,000 euros is expected.
