Fines of up to 10 thousand euros for students who attack teachers. Students who attack a teacher, a head teacher or a member of the school's administrative staff risk a fine.
Measure is foreseen, in fact, in an amendment submitted by the government to the Senate in the Culture Committee to the bill on the evaluation of student behavior. The text provides that in the event of conviction for crimes against school staff within or because of their duties "it is always ordered" in addition to the payment of damages.
