The American embassy placed the photograph of the Stars and Stripes flag atHalf-mast on the top of its website. "We condemn terrorism in all its forms and stand in solidarity with the people of Russia in their grief over the loss of life as a result of this terrible event," the statement read. The embassies of the EU and US countries in Moscow today displayed their flags at Half-mast.
