Food waste, organic beer is born with recycled bread. In Italy 33% of bread is wasted.

"Erapane" beer is made by adding bread to barley malt (such as Pilsner) while the hops used are Perle. The result is a light beer, with an aroma reminiscent of honey which combines with the herbaceous tones given from hopping. In the mouth - reports Panificio Rizzato - it is balanced, the bitterness, moderate but persistent, makes drinking easier.
