From October 1st, points-based license for safety at work. Companies and self-employed workers who operate on temporary or mobile construction sites are required to have a license.
The license starts from thirty credits and allows you to operate with an endowment equal to or greater than 15 credits. With the new Pnrr decree comes a crackdown on the implementers of the Plan, generally administrations, local authorities or companies owning public services. An ad hoc Commissioner also arrives to achieve the PnRR's objective of 60,000 beds for students by June 2026.
