Frozen to death on the Tete Blanche, there is mourning in Valais. A group of ski mountaineers was hit by bad weather, with winds of over 150 kilometers per hour and temperatures perceived as minus 30 degrees.

Five bodies were found on Sunday evening, all frozen to death, while the search is still continuing for the sixth missing person. In memory of the victims, the Vex community gathered for a vigil in front of the church on Monday evening: around 300 people took to the streets with a candle.
