Spotify has removed tens of thousands of songs created through artificial intelligence from music start-up Boomy. The music platform would have made this decision due to a suspected "artificial streaming" In other words, online bots would pretend to be 'human listeners' to inflate the listeners of some songs.

Universal Music Group would have raised the alarm, reporting to all the main streaming platforms suspicious streaming activities on the songs of the Californian start-ups. Boomy, launched two years ago, allows users to choose various styles to create songs with AI.
