The plan includes 12,000 new apartments and hundreds of thousands of square meters of mixed uses. The plan is on a total area of 2,400 dunams and is located in the western part of Kfar Kara.
Of the total housing units, approximately 2,434 will be allocated for apartments. Also, the plan includes about 210 dunams of open areas and preservation of the Barkan stream, forest areas and agricultural areas, and proposes the construction of a peripheral promenade that will serve the district and the residents.
