A new residential neighborhood will be built in the city of Kfar Yona. The program covers an area of 630 dunams and includes 1,821 housing units.
Most of them will be in residential buildings, most of them 4-7 stories, and 3 towers of up to 15 stories. Out of all the housing units, 25%-20 small and very small apartments, which will cater to young households and a wide variety of population groups, as well as 100 apartments. The plan emphasizes the public space, through the establishment of pleasant streets for walking.
