A ham is being recalled, because the best-before date is over 20 years in the future. The manufacturer can only guarantee the shelf life until June 3rd.
After that, the manufacturer advises against eating the ham. The ham was sold at branches of the Netto Marken-Discount supermarket in the following federal states: Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, Saarland and Thuringia. Other Hofmair products are not affected by the recall.
