Happiness Atlas: In which sectors employees are the most dissatisfied. The happiest people seem to work in the finance and insurance industries.
More creative professions such as marketing, communication and employees at IT service providers only come in second place. Overall, employee satisfaction in Germany has fallen sharply in recent years. According to the experts, only around 31 percent are completely satisfied with their job. At 55 percent, more than half of more managers are happy with their work. Trainees follow closely behind with their happiest employees with their workload at 54 percent.
