Too much sugar is bad for your health. All medical literature says and demonstrates this.

There is no point in getting lost in endless debates about whether it is a drug or not. The food industry uses sugar in significant quantities, and without completely saying so. The WHO estimates that an adult should ingest around 50 g per day, but the French consume on average more than 100 g. For children aged 4 to 7 years, this ration should not exceed 20 g. In Europe and the United States, they sometimes eat 55 g of it with breakfast.
