Home office is becoming less important: a secure job is more important to employees than work-life balance. More than a third of German employees are currently worried about their jobs: 38 percent fear for the security of their job.
18 percent are currently willing to leave their job if they feel like they don't belong there. The need for security is increasing, while the importance of values and flexibility is decreasing. “Companies should encourage them right now and accommodate their employees with attractive offers,” says Hans Christian Bauer from Randstad Germany.
