A 57-year-old man from Tennessee lost more than 100 pounds by eating exclusively McDonald's for 100 days. Kevin Maginiss ate only burgers, fries and donuts, but he gradually reduced the portions he ingested.

The Tennessee-born man found at the end of his challenge that his cholesterol and blood glucose levels had dropped dramatically and his risk of having a heart attack had decreased. "I was prediabetic before, now I'm back in healthy ranges," Maginnis said proudly.
