Many dogs are true omnivores. They eat anything that is not picked up from the ground quickly enough.
In some cases this is dangerous. Cocoa contains theobromine, which causes symptoms of poisoning in the dog's body. For small dogs up to five kilograms, just one third of a bar of dark chocolate can be fatal. Eating too many strawberries can cause stomach pain and diarrhea. An allergic reaction can also be assessed in this way. Although allergies to fruit are rare in dogs, the possibility is not ruled out.
