AMF demands total of 260,000 euros in fines against Mediawan boss and two of his relatives. Pierre-Antoine Capton suspected of having informed relatives of the planned public takeover of the company before its official announcement in June 2020.
The AMF also requested a fine of 100,000 euro against Clément Miserez, director of a production company belonging to Mediawan. Lionel Rozenberg, boss of a telecommunications company, both of which acquired shares in Mediawan before the announcement of the takeover bid and realized stock market gains.
