Bar-Ilan University inaugurated a new building for the Department of Computer Science this week. The building was built at a cost of NIS 100 million and was inspired by the acclaimed science fiction film, "Source Code" The building covers about 7,000 square meters, with more than half of the built-up area dedicated to research.

About 1400 students and faculty will occupy the new Alexander Grass Computer Science Building, which will include 36 research labs, an auditorium and a 750-square-meter learning space with 9 WeWork-style learning spaces.
