On the other hand, the cities with the positive internal migration balance in 2022 are Beit Shemesh with 7,428 net residents who entered the city; Harish is placed second in the positive ranking. In the positive balance of internal migration in the first quarter of 2023, Netivot leads with 795 net people added to the city.
