The Re-stART project created a pop art project in collaboration with about five hundred teenagers from Ibn Yehuda and well-known artists. For two days, dozens of works of art were created in the area of ​​the old packing house.

"We wanted to give the youth a place that would allow them to feel that they are restarting," says Naama Caspi, director of the youth unit in the council's education department. "The idea was to create a space for self-expression, which brings the boys to their personal connection," says artist Roni Labavi.
