Sotlach is a traditional Turkish or Balkan dessert (depending on where your grandmother came from) That chef suggests (only if you want) to change flavors and replace cinnamon with a vanilla stick or a few drops of rose water. You can decorate the dessert with seasonal fruit, or even candied pecan chips, or peanuts.
