A Russian bombing hit an apartment building in Volodymyr Zelensky's home town of Kryvyi Rih in southern Ukraine. At least 30 injured people are hospitalized, "including a child", writes the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Serhii Lysak.

The head of the Ukrainian presidential office Andry Yermak posted on Telegram a photo of the burning building and the comment: "The Russians hit an. apartment building. Rare monsters."    R rescue operations are underway.
