The Russians are bombing Kherson, the city flooded by the flood of the Dnipro River, according to the governor of the Oblast, Oleksandr Prokudin, on his Telegram channel. At least one person died and two were injured as a result of Russian shelling of the city.
In one of the nearby villages, "four local residents were injured by the shelling," authorities said, adding that the data is being verified. The city was hit by severe flooding after the destruction of the Khakovka Dam.
