The sabotage of a pipeline for the export of ammonia from Russia took place in the Ukrainian region of Kharkiv. The pipeline has been closed since February 24, 2022, the day of the invasion of Ukraine.
Moscow is placing its reopening among the conditions for accepting the extension of the agreement for theExport of Ukrainian wheat beyond July 17, when it expires. The explosion occurred on the Ukrainian section of the Togliatti-Odessa pipeline for export of Russian ammonia for the production of agricultural fertilizers.
