Casserole is ready to serve in three quarters of an hour. According to NDR, broccoli contains valuable proteins and fiber as well as vitamins C and K, folic acid and potassium. For about four servings you will need: 350 g pasta (e.g. penne or fusili) 1 head of broccoli 200 g cherry or cocktail tomatoes 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 100 g grated cheese. 250 ml cream 250 ml vegetable broth 3 tbsp butter 3 tbsp flour Nutmeg (grated) salt and pepper.
