Milei in Rome to strengthen ties with Italy. Argentine delegation will participate in the canonization of María Antonia Paz y Figueroa (popularly Mama Antula), who will become the first female saint of the South American country.
"We have two objectives in Italy. On the one hand, participate in a unique event in the Vatican, with the important meeting of President Milei with Pope Francis", explains Foreign Minister Diana Mondino. "Over the last 60 years, Argentina has not only failed to maintain its financial commitments but also the expectations it had generated", states the minister.
