Increase in incentives for electric and plug-in hybrids; contribution proportional to the age of the scrapped vehicle. Euro 5s can also be diverted. The maximum contribution to scrapping rises from 5 thousand to 13,750 euros. There is a 25% increase in contributions, as well as incentives for used vehicles with scrapping, up to Euro 4, for vehicles up to 25 thousand euros.
