44% of Italians are inclined to change jobs in the short term, compared to 38.5% last year. This is stated by a research by the BenEssere Felicità observatory.
Among the most relevant aspects in the choice of the job is appreciated-esteemed which touches 44.7% of the responses, followed by love for one's work which reaches 37.8% and being stimulated to growth with 30.2%. Only then are elements such as time flexibility (28.4%), trust (23.7%) and control of what you do (21.4%) mentioned.
