No countersignatures for some of Colle's documents in the Premiership bill - Last hour. Constitutional Affairs Commission of the Senate has approved an amendment by Marcello Pera to the premiership.

Article 89 of the Constitution establishes that "no act of the President of the Republic is valid if it is not countersigned by the proposing ministers, who assume responsibility for it"; the amendment excludes the countersignature of the government for some presidential documents.
