A girl of about a year was found dead in a car in Rome in the Cecchignola area. The girl found in Via dei Fucilieri may have died after being forgotten in the car by one of the two parents.
This is currently the first investigative hypothesis that the carabinieri are following. The car and the adjacent area have been seized by investigators and surveys are underway. The child was waiting this morning at the kindergarten where she never arrived. The 118 staff tried to revive the child but it was too late.
