OpenAI's board added three new members (Sue Desmond-Hellmann, former CEO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, former Sony Entertainment executive Nicole Seligman and Fidji Simo, CEO and president of Instacart) and announced that it will strengthen its governance.
