New for 2024 is the "Best Savory Colomba" category. The final tasting with announcement of the winners will be held on Monday 4 March at the Hotel Parco dei Principi inBari. The total number of leavened products competing is over 300. The competition is organized by Goloasi.it (portal for Italian pastry shops and ice cream shops)
