Pakistan: 14 years to former Prime Minister Khan and his wife for corruption. Khan was sentenced yesterday to ten years in prison in a case in which he was accused of leaking state secrets.

The sentence follows a complaint filed against them by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for irregularities in the deposit of state gifts received when ImranKhan was in power. The ruling comes a few days before the legislative and provincial elections on 8 February, for which the former prime minister was already ineligible.
