Pakistan: 27 dead in two explosions on the eve of the vote. First explosion occurred in front of the election office of an independent candidate in Pishin district, Balochistan.
Second explosion occurred at the central electoral office of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) in the QilaSaifullah district, also in Baluchistan. "Twelve people died and 10 others were injured," confirmed Deputy Commissioner Yasir Bazai.
