One of the 8 Palestinians injured this morning in clashes with the Israeli army in Jenin, West Bank, has died. Ashraf Mohammad Ibrahim (37), a former detainee in Israeli prisons and an agent of Palestinian intelligence, suffered gunshots "to the abdomen and chest" in the clashes.

The army said that during the operation, armed Palestinians opened "massive fire" against soldiers and threw explosive devices at military vehicles. (See 'West Bank: 8 Palestinians...' of 08.12) (ANSA)
