2023 marked a historic leap in public works awards for a total amount of 91.5 billion. The number of contracts awarded was 7,404, which is almost double compared to the 3,799 in 2022.
October was the record month with a peak of jobs awarded for a value of 10.8 billion. There are 10 billion in awards made by Anas and, as is known, the roads are outside the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Pnrr) The highest value was in 2005 when the awards stood at 24.4 billion.
