Quick cake is baked quickly, but eaten even faster. As with the 4-3-2-1 mug cake or the chocolatey 9-spoon cake, all the ingredients for the cake batter are mixed directly in a mixing bowl.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a smooth dough. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan (30 cm) and bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
