Israel Land Authority announced the winning company for the construction of a residential and commercial complex in the new neighborhood that will be built in the Haifa Port area. The winning company will pay NIS 105.7 million to RMI, and another 99 million NIS in development expenses.
The lot marketed in this tender is intended for residential andCommercial use as part of the 'Urban Waterfront Development in Haifa' program. The urban waterfront plan is primarily the development of the western port as an urban waterfront for the city of Haifa.
