The Council of State validates the cap on the salaries of temporary doctors. Since April 3, in application of the so-called "Rist" law of April 26, 2021, the maximum amount is 1,390 euros gross for 24-hour custody.
The National Union of Hospital Replacement Physicians, which opposes any cap in the name of freedom of practitioners, had filed an appeal against this entry into force. Some emergency doctors fear that May and June will be even more "tense" than April.
