Roman Artichoke Festival, the third edition begins - Fairs and Events. The festival involves over 20 restaurants in the Jewish quarter and the historic districts of Trevi, Ripa and Campo de' Fiori.
Traditional dishes based on artichokes will be served, "making the most of - underline the organizers - the recipes of grandmothers handed down from generation to generation". Each restaurant will offer ad hoc menus at the price of 35 euros and tastings at the entrance to the Jewish Quarter.
