Schools in Buenos Aires will have to pay 50% more in March than in December. The adjustment affects schools that receive state contributions for the payment of salaries.

The change affects some 4,800 schools in the city and 1.3 million in the province. The changes were approved by the City and the Province of Buenos Aires on Monday. The increase is 20% for those in the territory governed by the Province and 10% more for those located in the City of Aires. The adjustments will take effect on March 1.
