Shalachem is a neighborhood pizzeria in a commercial center in Shikon L, north of Tel Aviv. Roi Goren cooked with Daniel Bolo and Yonatan Rochefeld, and now decided to open Shalachem.
The result is a small but flexible menu with classic Israeli food with an Italian accent. The pizzeria does not claim to make the best pizza in Israel, nor even the best in Tel Aviv, but wants to serve the audience and the surrounding community.
