Smart working is extended until 31 December for fragile workers and parents with children up to 14 years only in the private sector. Total contribution deduction to those who stabilize carers for 3 years. Tax-free threshold remains set at 3,000 euros only for employees with children with fringe benefits. The benefit does not apply if a domestic employment relationship between the employee and the employer has been terminated less than 24 months ago.
