Patrice Vergriete regrets that the controllers chose to disrupt a weekend during the school holidays, even though he believes that their requests were heard by management. Controllers believe that SNCF is slow to implement the agreement signed at the end of 2022 to end the strike which paralyzed the Christmas holidays.
In particular, they are demanding an increase in their work bonus and hiring to reach two controllers per train. The company responds that its commitments “are kept” and that they are accompanied by an additional bonus of 400 euros announced in February.
