The Ftse Mib index in fact concluded with an increase of 0.08% at 31,701 points, the Ftse All share up by 0.04% at 33,823. The other stock markets of the Old Continent were along the same lines: the best stock exchange of the day was that of Madrid, up by0.8%.
Spread between 10-year German BTPs and Bunds increased very slightly: the differential ended at 148 basis points compared to 147 at the start of the session. Euro solid against the dollar at 1.08.
