A large majority of the products we consume contain at least one sweetener, according to a new study by ANSES. This share is obviously 100% for jams, ice creams and even cereal bars, but it also reaches 84% ​​in the cold meats category and 71% among fresh cooked dishes, for example.

Among nearly 40,000 products analyzed, more than three quarters (77 %) contain at at leastone “sweetening or sweet taste vector” ingredient.
